A: Look, we aren't a big-box store. Every piece in the Unconventional Arsenal is printed specifically for you. Because of that, we don’t do "buyer's remorse" returns. If we screwed up the print or the shirt is defective, we’ll fix it. Otherwise, make sure you want it before you buy it. Own your choice.

 

Q: How long does shipping take?

 

A: We aren't Amazon. Quality takes time, and we aren't rushing the process just to fit a "vanilla" timeline. Expect your gear to arrive in 7-10 business days. If you’re in a life-or-death rush for a t-shirt, you might be missing the point of being "unshakeable."

 

Q: Is the "Repelling the Vanilla™" trademark real?

 

A: Yes. It’s a lifestyle, a brand, and a legal trademark. We protect our energy and our intellectual property. If you see it anywhere else, it’s a cheap imitation.

 

Q: Do you offer discounts?

 

A: We don't devalue the work. The price is the price. We occasionally drop "Arsenal Credits" for our inner circle (the mailing list), but we don't do "clearance" because our message never goes out of style.
